My Eighteen years long-term experience in the service industry, and three years admin related experience in my previous employment, qualified in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management, fluent in both English and Sinhala, has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer’s expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of world class settings such as HSBC bank, Serco Dubai Metro and Emirates Airlines Dubai United Arab Emirates. This experience has been helpful to me in better understanding the customers’ needs throughout their journey and to cater to these needs accordingly to enhance their experience. I believe that this exposure along with my experience in the areas of administration and managing team members makes me an asset tour your organisation.

 

My core competencies include five-star customer service and fluency in spoken & written English as well as excellent communication, computer literacy and time management skills.
