Projects Overseen: B+G+2’s, Villa’s, Studio apartments, Independent houses Roles & Responsibilities: Observing and assisting with the project information Review the approved shop drawings and obtain bill of quantities for the project Studying the drawing plans and coordinating with the suppliers regarding stock supplies for daily requirements Coordinating with foremen, suppliers, supervisors and subcontractors involved in the project for a seamless process execution and acting as a point of contact for the ground level team Intimating project manager for the additional works to be carried at site Coordinating & creating daily project report and updating project manager Ensuring safety standards on the site and regular quality check of the materials according to the specifications Follow up with the supplier for testing and commissioning process Assisting with SNAG clearance Preparing operation and maintenance manual Provide information to the design team for the as built drawings
Projects Overseen: SNUS & PPD Sachet Packing Machinery (SNUS): A patented chewing tobacco packing machine commissioned in bulk quantity by TRDP Pvt. Ltd, Haryana, India. Responsible for the fabrication of mainframe components included in the machine and updated for further process Supervised the manufacturing of components & accessories for the machines with mm precision Conducted walk ups, regular QC during fit up of components and maintained 5S audits in the shop floor Packaging Puck Dispenser (PPD): An attachment to the Sachet packing machinery, the sachets from SNUS are collected in a puck and processed for packing Responsible for the fabrication of mainframe components included in the machine and updated for further process Supervised the manufacturing of components & accessories for the machines with mm precision Conducted walk ups, regular QC during fit up of components and maintained 5S audits in the shop floor Roles & Responsibilities: Daily Work Plan & Allocation to workforce and following up projects with in deadline Monitoring shop floor by conducting regular 5S audits and mapping man power requirement Conducting monthly cross-skill training, evaluating skills & competencies of workforce Production and quality control, implementing various ideas using KAIZEN and DMAIC methodologies. Supervised shop floor and workforce on a daily basis, tracking daily tasks for weekly production data. Coordinating with machinery and QC departments for a smooth workflow and gauging rework metrics. Overseeing and cross verifying outsourced components with in house specifications for a seamless production.
