Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 2000 SAR + Commissions

Requirements:
– Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
– Fluent in English (written and spoken).
– Physically fit to manage the demands of the role.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, and facilities management.
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
– Manage and motivate hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
– Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
– Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and control costs to achieve profitability goals.
– Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
