Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Operators for Gypsum Board manufacturing. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the quality of gypsum board products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
– Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
– Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
– Report any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the appropriate supervisor.
– Participate in training programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
– Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand tools effectively.
