Job Description:
Beam Co. is seeking experienced Production Shift Leaders / Engineers for our Gypsum Board manufacturing facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Production Shift Leader / Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will lead a team of production staff, troubleshoot any issues that arise during the shift, and implement solutions to improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise production activities and personnel during assigned shifts.
– Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
– Monitor equipment performance and address any maintenance or operational issues.
– Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and performance.
– Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
– Coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any inter-departmental issues.
– Maintain production records and reports as required.
– Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
– Previous experience in a similar role within the gypsum board or construction materials industry is highly preferred.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Knowledge of production processes and equipment.
– Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
