Job Description:
Beam Co. KSA, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking five experienced Quality Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the Gypsum Board, Cement Board, Plastic, Paper, and Chemical industries.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and ensure the quality of production processes in accordance with industry standards.
– Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
– Implement quality control procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.
– Train and supervise quality inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
– Analyze data and report on quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
– Maintain documentation of quality records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
– Previous experience in quality control or supervision, preferably in the Gypsum Board, Cement Board, Plastic, Paper, or Chemical industry.
– Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
– Proficiency in relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting.
