Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
2. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
3. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
4. Provide accurate information about products/services to potential customers.
5. Record customer details, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system.
6. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and support promotional activities.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
7. Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
9. Valid work permit or residency in Dubai.
