I hold a BA degree in Sociology from Dambi Dollo University and BSC degree in Animal Science from Wollega University, with over 16 years of professional experience working with government institutions and NGOs. Throughout my career, I have coordinated development and humanitarian projects, built strong partnerships with government stakeholders and communities, led teams, and contributed to sustainable livelihood development initiatives. I have strong experience in project implementation, capacity building, stakeholder coordination, and community-based interventions. I am currently serving as a Project Officer with the Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD), implementing a Multi-Sectoral Life-Saving Humanitarian Aid Project in Kiremu Woreda, East Wollega Zone. I coordinate Disability Inclusion in Action initiatives to ensure inclusive humanitarian assistance in the education sector and support the implementation of Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) for conflict-affected communities. I have over five years of experience in humanitarian response, project coordination, and leadership. Previously, I served as a Unit Leader at the Disaster Risk Management Office, coordinating emergency response activities and supervising multidisciplinary teams. I also worked with ACDI/VOCA, coordinating agricultural and livestock development programs, providing technical support, and delivering farmer training.
